The AK SHARKS Swim Team is a USA Swimming "Silver Medal" club program with Competitive and FUNdamental swimming groups. As a part of the AquaKids Swimming Program, we offer high quality professional coaching, technique instruction and training year round for all ages from beginners to those striving for excellence! Our programs and groups are arranged according to ability, age, desire & commitment. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor.

Our Vision:   To provide a program where every individual can to learn-to-swim and then develop their skills to the highest level they strive to achieve in swimming at one location.

All of our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time.

We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to maintain a well rounded competitive swim team. We utilize the swimming pool at Westminster Christian School on the high school campus  located at 6855 SW 152 Street in Miami, Florida. Our AK SHARKS Swim Team program currently has very limited space available! Try-outs are on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM!
